Rich Text Field frustration - help :-(

I use the odd RTF field but I find it very frustraing that I have no way of see the embedded formatting other than the actual applied formatting in text.

Is there anyway to see if you are in bold, H1,2,or 3 or any of the other styles without typing to test so to speak.  How do you get back to regular/normal style?

What does this do?  I assumed it showed formatting.

Rich text in Ninox is actually interpreted html. This small database shows the relations between the raw and interpreted versions. You can do anything html can do. The risk is that you will soon know a lot more about html than intended.

Alain Fontaine I probably did not explain myself well.  All I am trying to figure out is how one knows what 'style' (H1, H2 etc one is in other than actually typing.  Let's say for example one is in H1 'style'.  How do you get to regular style (no styling at all.  The other question is what does the 'para' symbol mean/do?
