Is there any way to reduce the memory space occupied by the image?

I use NINOX for quality control and defect improvement, but the number of photos is too large. Is there any way to upload the files to other cloud spaces after taking photos with NINOX, and obtain the URL, so that NINOX can display the photos using the URL and then delete the photos taken to save space?

You will have to look into an automation platform like Make, Zapier, or Relay.

I know there is also a module you can load in Linux that you can run your own, but I don't remember the name.

If you are not bothered about keeping them. The then you can utalise scripts to work though the records and delete them in bulk by number / date etc.

Happy to share the coding (you would have to alter to suit your db tho...)

For my inventory I use a URL field which then displays as a thumbnail.

"Hello, our use case is for construction project quality management. We use an iPad to take photos and upload them to Ninox. However, since there are many files, we are wondering if there is an alternative method. Thank you for your reply."
