I seem to remember that Ninox Cloud has a limit of 800,000 records per database. If this limit is exceeded, how can I consolidate my data into a single database?

  It is not cheap. You will have to contact them. I think there is a minimum number of license, I think 5.
  
  Nioxus offers the ability to only purchase a single private cloud license.
