Storage limit

Hi all,
I have exceeded my storage limit, and I am puzzled by the size of one of my databases. 
There are very few images and not that many records. I do have many formulas. 
I also have colours on the background and on many fields. Could this increase the size considerably? Any other ideas why one database should be more than 100 x bigger than expected compared to other databases?

    Think about removing the history... Take a backup without the history and replace the original with this one... Warning Note: Integrations may be broken if you have those...
