How to populate a new tab (in a form) with fields

Hi all.  Newbie, here.

Going through the Tutorial.  In the "Forms" section.  I see how to create a new tab, in a form. 

I also understand that I can drag a field from the first tab (which contains all the fields) to the new tab, HEREBY REMOVING IT FROM THE FIRST TAB.

1- Is there another way to display a field on a new tab?

2- Is it possible to have the same field displayed on several tabs?
