Print Layout not generating (stuck in a loop)

Hi,

When trying to print a record the process is getting stuck on the Print layout screen. It just displays a spinning icon in the. 

I have signed out of the database, uninstalled the application, rebooted Mac reinstalled the application and signed back in but I am still having this issue.

any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Update: This is only happening one one of the members accounts, not an admin account. This account is also not displaying certain formula fields.

    These errors are happening on multiple devices but only when signed in on that persons account.

    Please help ASAP as its affecting the work this person can do. Would deleting their account and creating a new one work?

    Update2: it appears to be on all non admin accounts. I created another member account and gave it editor access and it also has the same issues. I then changed it to Admin status and the problem went away.

    Please invite me (support@ninoxdb.de) ad Admin zo that team so I can have a look. This seems to be a problem of conflicting user rights.
