Edit formula with URL in print layout

Hi, I have a table with 2 fields : FIELD 1 ( text : hotel name's) and FIELD 2 (url : website ) 

On my print layout, I have a subtable and in one of the columns I would like to create a link on FIELD 1 "hotel name's" to open URL of FIELD 2. I don't want to see on my pdf any Url text http//:example-hotels.com 

It seems easy but it's not. Thanks for your help !

    Hmm.. I have not done a lot with printing... Perhaps try using a function that uses HTML .. and create an anchor tag .. No clue if that will work.
