Are you sure you can reach it from another account? I have tried two accounts and could not reach the database.. I get a "Server not responding. Please check your connection" error.

  • AHHH, that's why my import(s) (.csv) weren't behaving and I suspected database conncectivity but then ruled it out because I didn't get any error messages but I knew something was awry.

Jörg ... (if you see this ... ) just ignore the email I sent earlier re: .csv imports (although it took me forever to write it). Will try the import again, it'll probably be fine now.  Karen

Francesco, no it doesn't happen often, thankfully! :-)

  • Hi Karen,

  • Thanks Jörg! Afterward, I did re-import the .csv file, and it did the same thing that I described in ticket/email BUT I realized that it didn't work because when I imported the records initially, I had not entered all the [TweakID] numbers in that column (the first column) ...which was really stupid of me :-> what did I expect?

Thus when I imported the file, there were quite a few blank fields in that specific column, so it was reordering itself accordingly. Once I entered in all the numbers in that column (after the outage) the table reordered perfectly and has been working fine. Thanks for your reply! :-) Karen
