Is there a problem with the Ninox environment. I am using two acounts, one of these accounts can't reach the database!
-
Are you sure you can reach it from another account? I have tried two accounts and could not reach the database.. I get a "Server not responding. Please check your connection" error.
-
Same problem here.. i am new to Ninox, does this problem happen often?

Dear Ninox users,
he have fixed it as soon as possible.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
Best regards, Jörg

Works perfectly now, THX for fixing it!

AHHH, that's why my import(s) (.csv) weren't behaving and I suspected database conncectivity but then ruled it out because I didn't get any error messages but I knew something was awry.
Jörg ... (if you see this ... ) just ignore the email I sent earlier re: .csv imports (although it took me forever to write it). Will try the import again, it'll probably be fine now. Karen
Francesco, no it doesn't happen often, thankfully! :-)

Hi Karen,
Thank you for your information.
I will close the ticket then.
Apologizes for the outage.
Best, Jörg

Thanks Jörg! Afterward, I did re-import the .csv file, and it did the same thing that I described in ticket/email BUT I realized that it didn't work because when I imported the records initially, I had not entered all the [TweakID] numbers in that column (the first column) ...which was really stupid of me :-> what did I expect?
Thus when I imported the file, there were quite a few blank fields in that specific column, so it was reordering itself accordingly. Once I entered in all the numbers in that column (after the outage) the table reordered perfectly and has been working fine. Thanks for your reply! :-) Karen
