Duplicate the values of a multiple choice field ?

I want to duplicate the values of a multiple choice field so I don't have to populate the option of 8 distinct values at least 20 times manually. 

I need a multiple choice field filled out with 8 options 20 times for each different record.

Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance

    I have a similar situation and i put the values in a table instead. You only have to fill in the values once and when there has to be added a value, it will be only in one table.
