Search for a number and not include the ID field?

Is there a way to search for a number and not have the ID field show? I'm looking for item number 373, and the find also shows me ID # 373, which I don't want.

    In the global search this can not be avoided. Use a table specific search (cmf + f) and have the Id field not being displayed.
