Selecting Multiple Records in Table View in Order to Update

I frequently need to update multiple records in the table view.  How to I select multiple records in order to these the Update Multiple Records function without using the Select All Records menu item?  For example, I want to select 100 records from a table of 200.  I have tried CMD-SHIFT, OPT-SHIFT etc but nothing seems to work.

You have a few ways to achieve this.

you can use you all records tab and then use the update multiple records option.

and add in the criteria you need to provide a match to the records you want and then update

or you could run a batch update script from a button ...

If you need more help just reply back and we will help you ...

best if you give us a bit more info if you can

as you can see below I have selected my job type to = 1 ( job completed)

and then set inv set to true (ticked)

when you have set your conditions and press next

Ninox will show you the field changes (before and after)

then you can confirm the execute button!

    OR
