Table tab background image on iPad ver 3.13.3

The selected background image available in Options doesn't stick (works temporarily), but then drops. Oddly, the selection works on the desktop version, but after that selection is made, it doesn't appear on the iPad (networked with iCloud). I've re-installed the iPad app with no affect.

Feels like a bug.
