Printing an attached file

Hi All

If I want to print an attached file I can click on the file and then download it, and from there print it out. Is there a way of ending up with a printed hardcopy from a single click of a button?

    I have discussed this with the Ninox support times many times as when I print customer quotes I have no choice but to print the quote to an image field - as I want the print file name to be the same as quote number etc and then I print it from there, but again it relies on having to down load to the desktop. wher as a single clicl option would be great!

    Also related to this does any one know if it possible to do the same print out straight into the body (html) of an email in sendEmail thus not having to add an attachment? or even is ther a way to pass it to your client using standard email field (as i can't see any option to do so)

      When I get back to work tomorrow I'm going to look to see if our photcopier has an email to print, or a folder to print service that I didn't know about.

        We are checking with the contractor who looks after our printers, but there should be a folder (variously called a "Hot Folder, "Direct Print" or "User Box") that documents can be sent to be printed.
