For the question of using N:1 search

When searching for the same content in the same database, there is data returned on the MAC port, but no data is returned on the web port.

how are the search keywords defined?

Just to confirm, you are searching on a reference field popup?

You added the field web as a column but it is through a reference field?

Can you post a test DB? My Chinese is not very good. 😉

       thanks fred,

I modified the content in TableA and I think I understand. The content filter does not support Chinese, and numbers in the middle of strings are also not supported.(Both orange and red will have data.)

Let me guess that this is what is happening. Take a look at the attached DB.

If you open the Dashboard table you will see two reference fields Table1 and TableA.

If you click on Table1 you will see a list of all records in Table1. You can see that there are four columns, Id, Number, From TableA, FormulaField

If you type in a number that appears in the view you will see the list filter by what you type.

If you change it to some of the text under From TableA you will see that you get no results even if you type in exactly what you see. You can also see that the FormulaField doesn't filter either.

This is because Ninox can not filter for data that is not physically stored in the table. If you have a formula field that references data in another table and add it to the popup columns, you will not be able to filter on that formula field as well.
