Hello, how to select the fields to display, in my example I will only want to see "Electrocardiographe" and "N° de série"

    Edit that linked record

    and on More Options - Show as 

    put the name of the two fields you want to Display (plus the " " to seperate them)

    Ie FieldName1  + " " + FieldName2
