Display Formula as Month?

Is there a way to have the results of this formula appear as "January?"

    Thanks Nick. That works great.

    Oddly, the formula I used shown above, and shown in the manual as the way to do this, shows a result of the past month. If the begining date is Jan. 1 2020, the the formula result is empty. If the begining date is Feb. 1 2020, the the formula results is January. That is not correct.

    You are welcome.

    I know what you mean, it shows me Sunday and Monday as a weekend rather than a Saturday and in a timed field with trigger on creation for the current time, it always gives 1 hour back.
