    Hi James

    Thank you

Can you please tell me where I can find ”mass data update” ?

As you can see in the screen shots attached  there is a difference between the Ninox notice and what I have on my Ninox version…F7FAEE5B-3293-41D0-BE3A-2D34D8ACF5DE

Actually now one must go to the cog wheel and there is the "mass data update".

    You say :

If you already have names of directors, you have to put a formula that will allow you to choose or not to put a calculated value with an "if".

-What formula with an "if"?  Can you give me an example?

-Where to put this formula?  In "update multiple records" ?

Text and 'Text 2' are the field names that I used. Try removing the comma before != and inserting a space before "end".

There is something I don’t understand : on my table I have 2 colums "réalisateur" :

    -One is "réalisateur…"

    -The other "réal."

But when I open "mass data update" : "réal." is there but  "réalisateur…" is not !

    How is it possible ?
