How can I recover lost data???

Yesterday we lost 1800 records from my data base, and I am afraid that it's because we recently paid our data plain and it's not reflected in my app

    Dear,

We would like to understand your issue better. Could you please explain it a little bit more detailed? At which point you are working? What did you do before you have lost the data.

Where are your databases saved (in which tab)? May be you can send us a screen shot.

Could you please send us an e-mail to support@ninoxdb.de

That would probably help us to give you a better support.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best, Jörg

First of all, I recently bougth a 2-5 Users/10 GB Plan. However, nowaday my user doesn’t show the plan acquired. The message shown says  “El Plan ha expirado”.

Two days ago, one of my data base stopped showing the data of a table, of which only 200 of the 1800 records that had been captured are visible.

I'm afraid that this is because my plan has not been updated.

    So I’ve two questions:

    1. It is possible that loss of data is due to the plan not updated?

    2. It is possible recover the lost data?

    Hi,

    please reach out to support@ninoxdb.de

We do not see a plan with thsi user account. Maybe you were logged in with another email address when you did the purchase.

This is why I don't put the important data on cloud services without creating duplicating the information. If you want to be sure that you didn't lose the data, you should put this data on the physical portable hard disks if you don't have enough place on your personal computer. Don't forget you can always use the flash drive as an alternative, especially since you can easily recover the required data from the flash drive by using the flash drive recovery service.
