Why would a dashboard disappear after saving a dup DB?

I am to the point that i want to start loading in data into a clean working DB set up for my use.

So did a dup of a working DB and gave it a new name.

I now see the Dashboard is blank nothing is in it and i can not add anything to it nothign works on the page. Can not add a new Formiula or other times to it.

Then here is the copy of it. its blank even when i put in some data i get nothing.

it will not let me add anything to it like it is locked up.

This is the same DB just a copy. Problem is i made a lot of updates to this one in other areas before seeing that the dashboard is not working. So the other original dose not have all the updates in it.
