Content Refresh on Dynamic Multiple Select

I've run into a perplexing issue... I have a few different dynamic multi select fields in a table pulling in options from other tables. Content in the name, color, and icon formulas is dependent on content in those separate records. When I update those records (e.g. change the status), I want the name, color, and icon in my multi select to dynamically adjust. Some of them change automatically and some of them don't - I have no idea what's differentiating them. Obviously, if I refresh the table in the upper left-hand corner they all adjust accordingly, but I would prefer them to all change automatically. Any help?

I've reported a bug to Ninox where the table view doesn't update properly when using the MacOS app. Are you using the app as well? If so then I wonder if this would fall under whatever issue they have with refreshing data.

Fred I’m using the Mac app too. Haven’t experienced any specific fail to the refresh, but something similar happens when it comes to refreshing data via trigger after update, as we already discussed in my other post.

Gianluca Open Table1. you will see in the table view that the formula field equals 10 for all records. It is a simple formula:

      sum((select Table1).Num1)

now go into record 1 and change the num1 field to 10. You will see the formula field in the record change to 19. exit the record.

Sometimes only the first record in the table shows the new formula total. Other times record 2 doesn't update.

If you press the refresh button then the table updates to the latest info.
