Conditional formatting

Just noticed this feature which is in the Mac app, but not the Web app. Conditional formatting for table columns.

unless I'm mistaken, conditional formatting is available on mac and web only for number type columns

  This one definitely works on text fields. Thanks to for bringing this to light for me. My business owner was asking me to highlight all the active clients in GREEN colour in the Table view for so many days and finally I was able to resolve this for him.

I haven't checked all field types to see which works, but it does work with text fields as well. This appears to work on all platforms.

Mainly Text and values fields

So does not give option on Choice - Yes/No - Date - Images fields etc

  Interestingly - if you click the header on an Email field in the table view email field. You get the option to open your local email client and bulk send an email to all records in one go on your list. Of course, if you hold some or all emails in a text field then you can conditionally style them!

Content aside
