Error message

I get the following error message:

Inconsistent calls to Snapshot._lock() / Snapshot._unlock().

Any idea somebody?

    We have a client with a Private Cloud server running 3.12, now getting this message too.

    Did you get a resolution to this error message?

    Hey

    Unfortunately no.
    What I did back then was updating to the newest Ninox Version. That solved the problem if I remember correctly.

      Thanks for the reply.

      I was able to successfully defragment the database for this client after creating some more space on the server by deleting some backups. After that I didn't get the "Inconsistent calls to Snapshot._lock() / Snapshot._unlock()." message.
