How to restore Ninox database from Time Machine

That's about it. I have backed my Mac up to Time Machine for years, but the location of the Ninox database is unknown. There are old support posts saying where they were a few years ago. I use Ninox on MacOS and iPadOS and they sync, so they're somewhere in iCloud. I'm running Sonoma 14.5.
