I've set up an email inbox in a private cloud database. Emails that are sent to the generated email address now arrive here and generate a record in the 'Emails' table and the Date, From, To, CC, Subject are parsed into each of the relevant fields.

My problem is that I need to set up an atuomation for when an email arrives which is dependant on the body of the email.

The body of the email is shown in a formula field through an iFrame which references the body.html file in the attachments.

How do I extract the text from the body.html file? Is the only way to do an API call to the file, extract it and write it to the same record? If I remember correctly, it is not possible to do an API call from a "trigger on new record" so I would have to use make.com to monitor the table.
