How do you display information from a record on a website?

This may be an overly broad question, but here's what I'm trying to do. I'd like to have a basic user portal. The user logs in to a website with their email and password, the system checks Ninox by email in a User table. If found, it returns the user's first name, which is a field on their profile. I have no idea where to start to create a website that can do this, though. Any help would be really appreciated. Also, if you're a professional and you can help me build this as a service, that would be great too. I feel totally lost here.

I don't want the user to log into Ninox. I want to display all the relevant records on their account in a web portal.

This sounds like a candidate for a productized service. Beyond my abilities but maybe there is someone who could create this.

You can make a webpage for this, but you also need make.com for the connection with Ninox...

(Yes you can do this without make.com and use the API of Ninox but your API key would be displayed public in the code...)

I use make.com a lot to work with Ninox. How would I do this using make?

And would you recommend actually using make for this purpose due to the operations limits/costs, or would it be better to hire a developer and use SQL?

This depends on your use case. Do you need a lot of traffic? more than 10.000 operations / month?
