Conditional email content

Hi every one and Happy new year !

In a database, I have several check boxes and I want to send an email in witch appears only the title list of all the boxes that i've checked.

Is there a way to manage this ?

    Hi Lionel,

    Can you give more info about your fields / database model ?

    Are those checkboxes from a stand alone yes/no field?

    OR Are those checkboxes from a multiple choice field?

    OR Are those checkboxes from a Dynamic multiple choice field?

    What is title list?

       Hi,

      those checkboxes are simple yes/no Fields. 
       

      It’s like a to do list in witch tasks have to be done. And I would like to create a button that will be able to send a mail to remind you the tasks you still have to do. 
      The Table is called DOSSIER FORMATION
