Sending an email option from an email address field

I am doing this successfully in table 1 but I am storing the email address in a linked table 2. At present I then have to copy that email address from the displayed linked field from table 2 into a new email field in table 1 to get the “create email” option.

is there any way to get the “create email” option to appear directly in the linked field from table 2?
