Conglomerate Table Data for Automated Link to Quickbooks

Hope someone can helo, I am trying to conglomerate multiple table data sources into one which I can use to link to Quickbooks via Zapier.  

At the moment I have a customer table and invoice detail sub table feeding into our invoices.  What I would like to do is conglomerate all the relevant fields from the tables and sub tables on our invoice table into one table I can then create a Zap to import automatically into quickbooks for our accounts team.  At the moment we manually add each individual invoice which duplicates work for the admin team so if we can automate the process this will obviously increase productivity. 

If anyone can think of another way of doing this beyond data conglomeration I am open to options.
