Scroll Bar to the left (vertical) of a Sub-Table

I have a sub-table which I have sized to an area which I want. Once the data in the sub table goes beyond about 10 lines, the oldest data drops off the bottom and cannot be viewed. I cannot see a scroll bar and want to know if I can add one in so I do not have to re-size the subtable placement.
