Problems with conditional style

I use the conditional style with a ruler in a column and I noticed that after a number of searches, apparently it doesn't work anymore.

For example I color some names: John Mills, Michael Btitt and Paul Watt in red but then it doesn't work anymore. Impossible to color a fourth name !

Is there a maximum number not to be exceeded ?

I have an other issue : when I select a color for a same name with the conditionnal style all the same names are not colored, just a few…

I have no issues coloring hundreds of records with condition style

can't show you an image as the forum is broken re adding images at the moment

Yes its daft you can images any more cos 1 picture saves a thousand words !!!! :-)
