How to print a linked image from print layout?

Hi,

 

In a form I use a liked tab to get the user's signature into it. It works fine in the form but when I try to print in pdf with my custom layout instead of the signature image, it will only print image path ie : XB2/signature1.png. I have seen some posts in the forum about this issue but not found the solution yet.

    I tried to insert the image of a signature from a signature field in a print template and it doesn't work.

    I created a formula field in which I added the signature field however, the result when printed is a simple name: X8/Signature.png

    Is it possible to display the image of the signature in a print file and not the name of the file?

      If I remember it right, you could ask Ninox support to change the print engine. Maybe ask your question directly to support@ninox.com

    I contacted Ninox support who replied that it was working perfectly. I had followed the same procedure and yet, I only had the name of the signature in text.png format

    So I removed the signature field from my print template, quit Ninox then added the signature field to my print template again and this time it worked. There must have been a bug.

    I hope this feedback will be helpful to other people.
