Dates one day off the date entered

I am using the services of a "virtuel assistant" in Madagascar who is entering data on our Ninox database. Although the time over there is only 2 hours ahead of where I am in France, when she enters a date, it's always one day behind the date she actually enters. This happened to me when I went to the states, my dates were one day behind when I got back to France but I thought that was normal as there is a big difference in time and when I was working in the States I was probably working a day behind Europe. But I don't understand why this is happening with my virtual assistant in Madagascar. She always works from 9-10 a.m. her time which corresponds to 7-8 a.m. French time. Can anything be done about this? Thank you for your help.

I have a form in Cognito Forms and Form submissions are sent to Ninox via Zapier.
Since it is used for service reports, the field staff need to enter the date of the service and once it arrives in Ninox, it's -1 day. This is bad. In Cognito forms, the date is correct and so is the selected time zone. Also Cognito Forms sends me a confirmation email which is also showing the correct date. In Zapier I have the correct time zone selected. But again in Ninix it's off by 1 day. That's a real problem. Anyone any idea?

Yes I have a solution.  The date in Zapier is calculated as time stamp example like today November 11, 2022 12:00 am GMT.  Then the time will be entered in Zapier will be your time zone. example I am in PST  so I am 8 hours earlier than GMT.  Therefore the date is shown as November 10, 2022 4:00 pm.  A work around is to create a formula field with this formula: Date +timeinterval(3600000*12).  Use this field in your api call and then it will bring back the correct date.
