    Where was your databases stored?

In a Ninox Cloud team you can use the function "Restore" and restore one of the "Automated backups".

If you had you databased stored locally and you have TimeMachine enabled on your device, you can restore the data.

The Ninox databases are stored on your local device as follows:

Ninox App - Local databases on the Mac:
    ~/Library/Containers/de.ninoxdb.ninox-mac.Ninox/Data/Documents/data

Note that the "Library" folder is accessible in the Finder like this:
    - Open Finder.
    - Select "Go" from the menu and press the "Option" key.

The path for the data you have stored in your iCloud is the following:
    cd ~/Library/Mobile\Documents/BJE6SD455T~de~ninoxdb~ninox-ios/data

Please note that this path can only be opened via the Terminal and not via the Finder.

    Kind regards, Jörg

I too hada a db synced via iCloud and I do not have the restore option as I only have the Mac app and the iOS app. I have found the

    cd ~/Library/Mobile\Documents/BJE6SD455T~de~ninoxdb~ninox-ios/data

path but everything is pretty criptic inside. What should I look for and how should I go about restoring?

    thnx

    Hi Peter -

I heard if you have a TimeMachine backup that will work, but I can not confim that. You should contact Ninox support directly as they do not regularly, if at all, visit the forums.

    Peter,

Do you have a cloud account? Then you can bring back a database which was automatically backed up in the manage backup button of the team where your database was.
