Can't see records, while they can be searched and found...

This seems like a basic problem, but I am not to able to solve it. I have a database of wines I have in the cellar, and I retire them by the bottle. So when all bottles of a certain wine have been taken out, I have 0 wines left, but the record should still be present. However, I don't see it anymore, but I can still search and find them. How can I get the old records to show up in the database?

Can you post your data model and any fields to learn more about your database?

Mel Charles Yes! I have a database with two tables, one containing all entries, and one with the current inventory. When I indicate (using a counter) that 0 bottles are left for a certain wine, the record disappears from the table with the current inventory, but should still be visible in the table with past and current entries. Now I basically have two identical tables.

Bas Jansen As RoSoft_Steven mentioned, can you post your database so we can have a look at it.

Not sure having two tables with the same data is a good idea, or did you mean you have two views of the same table?

John Halls My apologies for not getting back to you earlier. Priorities! Anyway, I solved the problem as I had inadvertently changed the field in which I keep the number of bottles in stock. I had set it apparently to not show ('Display field only if: >0'). As I said, a fairly basic problem. Many thanks to those who chimed in!
