Inquiry about Generating PDFs and Sending Them via Email in Ninox

Hi Ninox community,

I'm currently exploring the trial version of Ninox and I'm impressed by its features so far. Before committing to a subscription, I have a question regarding a specific functionality: is it possible to create PDF documents within Ninox and then send an email with them as attachments?

Ideally, I would like to generate PDFs from my Ninox database and then seamlessly email them to relevant parties directly from the platform. Can this be achieved within Ninox itself with the starter version, and if so, how can I set it up ?

Or would I need to utilize an external tool like Make or Zapier , or other for this task?

Any insights or guidance on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

    Thank you for your response! However, my query is a bit more specific. I'm interested in generating PDFs from my Ninox database using predefined templates.

    To clarify, I'm aware of the ability to print records, but I'm looking for a way to create PDF documents with a structured layout and design that matches a specific template ? 

    I know it's possible because i've seen someone else doing that with ninox ... but i don't know how to do it. 

    If anyone has experience or insights into using templates to generate PDFs in Ninox, I would  greatly appreciate your guidance on how to achieve this. 

    Perhaps there are external tools or workarounds that can accomplish this task ?  I'm open to exploring those options as well.
