Formula fields not visible to other users

I am attempting to create a dashboard and use a lot of formula fields to display data. However, when any other team member views the form, the fields are not showing up. 

I have other formula fields in another table that do show up on the form for that table. 

Any idea why these fields will not show up?

    what is the state of your "allowed to read" in the formula settings

    ie everyone - Everyone/Admin/Editors etc

    All the formula fields are set to "Allowed to read" = All

    I found the issue. 

    The formulas reference 2 fields in another table. Those 2 fields had "Allowed to Read" set to Admin. So none of the formulas that tried to reference that field were showing up. 

    Can someone clarify 
    - Does "Allowed to Read" mean "can be read in code by" or does it mean "only visible to"?
