I was wondering if i was to put someones name (For example: Joe Bloggs) into a record in a seperate folder, would I be able to add a number to a number box if his name is added multiple times? For example: Joe Bloggs has 34 points because his name is written 34 times, and John Fitzgerald has 12 because his name was written 12 times.

This is in a seperate sub-folder to the number I would like to add this too.
