Ninox App is Crashing on my iMac

Hello and thanks in advance for your esteemed help with my issue herein:

 

I have Ninox Cloud and also open the online database through my iMac, Macbook, etc locally syncing with the online version.

If I access online (browser version) is ok but when I open a specific database called "Consultorios" and go to Calendar, the app crashes immediately; see error partial report below:

    Hello Fred, I did it but it takes very long and I need my system to work; really trying everything possibe to have it solved.

    I don't have anything to say when the software crashes. If you can use it a browser then I would use that until Ninox gets back to you. .

    Hey Pedro

     

    as I can see in the report the OS of your mac is not running on the current Version. Try updating the OS and check whether you still have problems with the app. Furthermore I'd like to ask you to follow the following instructions:

    open the Terminal app
    You can find it via Spotlight search, the magnifying glass in the top right corner (just type Terminal)
    Copy and paste the following command:
    defaults delete de.ninoxdb.ninox-mac.Ninox
    then you can execute the command by pressing enter
    This will reset the information about the last opened database.
