Syncing
I am just evaluating Ninox right now, and it looks as if it'll be perfect. However, as my trial has expired, I'm assuming that's why I can't find how to sync the data. The docs don't explain quite where to find it either. I have built the database on my desktop and want to sync to my tablet.

If you bought the desktop app then you don't need the cloud account to use it.
If you want to sync between your desktop and your iPad then you need to make sure you saved your DB in iCloud not local. To switch:
1) archive your DB
2) import your archive, after you have selected your archive, make sure you have iCloud selected then import it
now you can go on your iPad and it will see the DB that is in your iCloud data storage.
