Two Wishes for Choice and Multiple Choice Fields

1) In form view, I wish there was "Add Value" command at the top or bottom of the list so I could quickly add to the list and sort the list. As it is now there are far too many steps for adding vales to the lists.

2) In form view, I wish there was a "blank" entry so I could add a single value for cases where there may be only one instance of that entry.
