Sort view by initial exam

Hi All,
I have a view of all patients examined in a given month.

Some of the patients have been examined more than one time during the month.

How can I sort the view so that it is filtered to view only the first visit for each patient?

There is an exam ID and a time stamp for each exam as well as a patient ID.

      Fred Patient B ID should be 101 for both rows. My typo in the first example
