Sharing DB ISSUES

I have requested help for Ninox and don’t feel they are too forthcoming with that.  We have a database that used to share with field technicians. It hasn’t updated in over a year for them.  Any help for the forum would be helpful before I have to look for another App. Thanks!

    What hasn't been updated in over a year? The app or the DB you created?

    Are the techs using the browser or the app. Which version of the app are they using?

    Can you tell us more about the structure of your database, can you give us a sample of it?

    What kind of issues are you facing that are frustrating you, can you give us a detailed description?
