Size of database - Delete images fields and files

When I delete recordings with images (file), it deletes the data but keeps the files. I have a database size problem. 
 How can I fix it?

     Hi, Ninox does not delete attachments if there are previous automated or manual backups. Could you try to delete all unnecessary backups first? This post provides a detailed explanation. 

    Regarding your database size problem, it's likely due to the accumulation of structural data. The most effective way to resolve this is to download a manually created backup, re-import it, and finally delete your original archive.

    Another possibility is a bug in your usage overview page. In this case, I suggest you contact Ninox support directly and let them know (many users, including me, have had similar issues recently).
