calendar option missing

I have Ninox Mac version 3.10.10 and my system is MacOS Sonoma 14.2. I have a MacBook Pro 2020. I unistalled Ninox from my iPad and iPhone, I have been working with this 3 devices and I have data base that worked with my Apple calendar that have reminders etc. Now, for some reason it stops working. I made sure my Ninox have full access to my calendar , I downloaded and reuploaded my data bases, I reorganize them so I made sure I was in Administrative mode to enter in the Calendar options, still I do not have access. Can someone help me?

There are major issues with 3.10.10 app (any). So you will have to hang on and wait for a fix. You should email support just to make sure they know of all bugs.

I reached out to Ninox tech department and I was told this:

    “Hello Fernando,

    Thank you for your message.

What you are describing here is a known bug that has to do with the system configuration of AppleOS. Apple has declared a method used to execute the createCalenderReminder() function as outdated, which is why this interaction is currently not working. The development team is already involved, I have added this correspondence to the documentation. Please excuse the related inconvenience.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind regards”

    "Eureka! Eureka!"

I found the solution, I re-installed Ninox Legacy in my phone and I re-link my data bases to my iOS calendar so I have access now. Which means its a problem of Ninox updates and not Mac, they just keep passing the ball to each other and we do not know who's at fault, meanwhile we the consumers who paid good bucks are left figuring things out by ourselves. They should pay us! I requested a refund for Ninox web, I subscribed earlier thinking that I would resolve my issue (you can read above) but no way, I was left without money and no solution to my problem. Well done Ninox!

Just Installed Ninox Legacy and you will have access to link to your calendars.

hi Fernando - congrats!!! 👍 and thank you for your update, helped me to sync calendar.

i have one question please, do you have the Access also on your Mac or just on your iPhone.

In my case everything worked fine, but I had to install ninox on another MacBook and then it stopped working! Same issue like in your screenshot.

with Legacy I am able to Sync but still not on my MacBook.

      thank you

      saludos Kruna
