Tooltip functionality (or lack of)

What can be used as value in a Tooltip?

Obviously simple text, but is it possible to use other column data, perhaps modified with some string functions?

I tried entering another field, but you just see the actual text/code that was entered.

Can other field data be used and if so, how? If not, I would suggest it as a useful feature to be added to Ninox.
