Can I create a formula to auto rename an image from Photo1.jpg after taking a photo? ie: rename image to 'Field1'+'Field2'+'Field3'.jpg

Hi is it possible to just name the photo as 'FIELD 1'.jpg? instead of Photo1.jpg?

Content aside
