Noobie question
Hi All,
I am building a database to monitor the many and disparate remote camera setups I have, photographing and videoing the mountain lions of Southern California. It is working pretty well, however there are a few (ok, a lot) of “smarts” I would like to build in. The first one is simple, but I just can“t seem to get it right...
I have ”Battery Insertion“ date field, and would like to add a ”Replace Battery By“ field that is 70 days after the first date. No matter what combinations I have tried in the formula editor, I cannot get the syntax correct to make it work!
Any insight greatly appreciated.

I achieved success by adding a formula to an existing record, and using the text editor. Still not sure how to achieve the same result using the Visual Editor, but that is ok for now.
