Can “static Image” be locked?

Hi,

I assigned the jpg or png images of the paper-forms to the background in the output view as “static Image”. And I placed the relevant fields in this form. However, while placing these fields, the Static Image also shifts and its place changes every time. Is there a lock to keep it fixed? Or can it be done by the Ninox developer?
