Recover a field ?

Hi

I have 2 tables in a database.

I would like to recover an erased field from one of this table to the other.

Can someone tell me the way to do it ?

    is the tables have a common link (ie a unique ref in both tables)

    you could export the table to a csv the re create the filed in the table where it is missing and

    re import using the link field as the key
